That have sent 12 years old stock. the fan regulator burn out in less than a minute. Upon closer inspection cheaper quality capictors were used. They didn’t age well over 12 years and burned out in a minute.
They were clever in striking out price and manufacturing date on the packaging, too bad manufacturing date was printed on the regulator.
